Janitronics’ is Ready for the Next Generation of Growth: The Waltham Campus Expansion
Janitronics Building Services, one of the largest locally owned and operated commercial janitorial companies in the Boston area, is proud to announce the expansion of our Waltham, MA campus. This spring, we will officially open a 4,700-square-foot addition to our existing 19,000-square-foot headquarters and warehouse. The new space includes 17 offices, huddle rooms, a kitchen and coffee area, and additional meeting space.
A core component of the Janitronics Advantage is our commitment to ongoing training and development. We believe in providing our employees with an environment that supports their success—one that encourages collaboration, communication, and continuous learning.
As our workforce has grown, our existing footprint has offered limited space for quick collaboration and day-to-day interaction. With continued growth ahead, President and COO David Connolly, CFO Vince Wong, and CBO Tim Cullinan recognized the need to expand in a way that supports both our people and our operations.
Reimagining the Future of Janitronics in Waltham
Approximately one year ago, the Janitronics team began reimagining the future of our Waltham, MA headquarters. When the space adjacent to our office became available, it presented a clear opportunity. While the space required significant planning and renovation, it offered the potential to support Janitronics’ long-term growth.
The expanded campus is designed to support an expanding workforce and client base across industries like commercial office buildings and life science companies. The modern workspace:
- enables greater collaboration
- more training opportunities
- improved operational coordination
It also allows teams to engage more consistently and gain visibility into cross-functional activities.
As part of this expansion, we have also enhanced our Life Science Training Center, reinforcing our commitment to developing highly trained, specialized cleaning professionals for complex environments like laboratories and cleanrooms.
This project represents more than a physical expansion. It reflects our continued investment in our people, systems, and training programs—the foundation of the Janitronics Advantage. This operational framework enables us to deliver consistent, measurable results while maintaining high service standards.
As we approach our 50th year in 2027, the Waltham expansion is an important milestone. It’s a reflection of our growth, our team, and the trust our clients place in us. It also positions us to continue investing in the infrastructure, training, and operational excellence required to support the next generation of building services across Greater Boston and New England.
