Our training and development programs emphasize the safe and efficient use of resources. We provide employees with OSHA training and the safest possible equipment and supplies.
New employees are thoroughly trained in all tools, equipment, and cleaning agents before stepping foot on the job. They also undergo rigorous safety training to help protect themselves and the occupants of your building.
In the fall of 2023, we completed the building our official Cleanroom Training Center. In this state-of-the-art center, employees are trained in the best practices for maintaining life science and GMP standards.
