Janitronics Leaders Graduate from BOMA Boston Women’s Leadership Initiative.

At Janitronics, we believe strong leadership drives strong service. That’s why we are proud to celebrate two members of our team, Angela Whitehurst, Director of Client Services, and Johanna Diaz, Assistant Account Manager, on their graduation from the BOMA Boston Women’s Leadership Initiative.

The BOMA Boston Women’s Leadership Initiative is a selective program designed to support and advance women in the commercial real estate industry. Through interactive sessions and professional development workshops, participants strengthen skills in leadership, communication, executive presence, and navigating the evolving demands of the industry.

For Angela and Johanna, completing the program represents more than a professional milestone – it reflects their commitment to growth, leadership, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As a proud sponsor of the BOMA Boston Women’s Leadership Initiative, Janitronics is committed to investing in opportunities that support professional development and foster future industry leaders. We know that when our people grow, our organization grows alongside them.

The commercial real estate industry continues to evolve, and leadership development plays an important role in helping teams stay adaptable, innovative, and client-focused. Programs like this provide valuable insights that strengthen both individual careers and the services we deliver every day.

We are honored to support initiatives that empower women across the industry and especially proud to see members of our own team succeed within the program.

Please join us in congratulating Angela Whitehurst and Johanna Diaz on this outstanding achievement. We look forward to seeing the continued impact of their leadership as Janitronics works to raise the standard of service across the region.
