Connie Correia Promoted to Senior Director of Quality and Compliance

We are proud to announce that Connie Correia has been promoted to Senior Director of Quality and Compliance. Connie has been with Janitronics for six years, and from the start, her focus has been on supporting GMP compliance and ensuring the Life Science teams consistently meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. With over 35 years of experience in the janitorial, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, she has helped us maintain consistent, audit-ready performances across GMP compliance and building programs.

As Janitronics’ Quality and Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME), she was responsible for launching the Janitronics Life Sciences Quality Audit Program and developing our comprehensive Life Science Training Program–both of which she will continue to enhance in her new role. Connie will also continue expanding the Janitronics’ Quality and Compliance Program in the Life Sciences division and implement it within janitorial operations.

Overall, Connie is recognized for driving meaningful programmatic shifts that have strengthened our services. Seeing those improvements take hold and knowing they contribute to long-term success for our teams and client partners has been one of the most important parts of her journey. She feels the work is especially meaningful in our life science division, where life-saving research and manufacturing take place.

In her new role, Connie looks forward to continuing to elevate Janitronics’ quality standards across the organization and to representing the company in the community. She is also energized by the opportunity to mentor and support our teams. For Connie, developing clear standards, reinforcing best practices, and helping leaders build confidence are incredibly rewarding.

Connie feels strongly that investing in people and providing structure, accountability, and guidance creates a culture where high performance becomes sustainable. And she says it’s that culture that has helped her to grow professionally and strategically at Janitronics. For her, this next chapter is about continuing to raise the bar together—supporting our teams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring we consistently deliver excellence in every environment we serve.
