We uphold our philanthropic values by organizing regular team volunteering opportunities, supporting local businesses, and donating to various charities.
We prioritize working with local suppliers and candidates in our hiring at all levels. In 2024, we allocated 94% of our procurement spend to local suppliers, and we hired 100% of our management team from the Boston area. We’ve also earned the Boston Business Journal’s Corporate Citizenship Award for 10 consecutive years, which goes to the top charitable contributing companies in Massachusetts.
