“What I value most in my role as Director of Client Services is the opportunity to have a positive impact on the customer experience within the properties that we serve.”
Tim enjoys that on any given day he could be found training our cleaning staff members, assisting a property manager faced with an unpredictable challenge, or playing a critical role in a partner’s construction project. There is no better compliment than earned trust.
“As someone who embraces innovation and technology, it is rewarding when you are able to implement a solution that solves our client’s needs, but also allows our cleaning staff to work smarter - not harder. It has been interesting to be a part of our industry during a time where custodial services are going from a back of the house operation to serving as a critical frontline team member.“
